Please read the information at this page before filling the registration form.

Please also observe that hotel rooms are now limited - so book your accommodation soon.

A note about payment method - get a free conference T-shirt! Credit card operators are charging the conference several percents of your payment for their service. Therefore we encourage you to support the confererence economy by using another payment method. To acknowledge your support we offer a free conference T-shirt if you pay by back transfer or check.

Registration method

Alternatively, you can register by fax or paper mail using the NordiCHI 2002 registration form. (as a fall back option you can send the registration form by email to nordichi@aar-conv.dk Detailed instructions on the form. The form is available in:

Registration Refunds and Transfers

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and must be received at Aarhus Convention on or before Friday, 4 October 2002. If the request is submitted by 13 September the conference and workshop fees and half of the tutorial fees will be refunded; a 500 DKK cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.
If the request is submitted after 13 September but not later than 4 October one third of the registration fee will be refunded.
NordiCHI 2002 cannot accept refund requests after 4 October 2002.
If you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a letter authorizing the transfer. The letter must be presented at registration.

Registration fees (in Danish Kroner)

Member discount for members of Sigchi.DK, STIMDI, ACM/SIGCHI, SIGCHI Finland, BIT, West Sweden CHI, The IEEE Computer Society chapter in Iceland, British HCI group or other cooperating organization (the list will be updated).

Registration includes printed proceedings, lunch, coffee, receptions, conference dinner, and more....

Student rate requires approval of documented full time student status. Please fill in the "Full Time Student Status Approval Form" (available as [HTML], [RTF] or [PDF]) and submit it with your registration. Please remember to attach valid documentation. Please observe that it is required that you present valid documentation when you arrive at the conference.

Workshops are open to accepted registrants only. Please refer to the workshop programme for detailed instructions on how to get accepted to the individual workshops. Participation in workshops requires registration to the main conference.
